Volhard PAT was perfomed at 7 weeks of age. Volhard testing results: all puppies scored 3's. 3's mean the puppy accepts human leaders easily, is best prospect for the average owner, adapts well to new situations and is generally good with children and elderly. Makes a good obedience prospect and usually has a common sense approach to life. All puppies also scored 3's for Social Attraction and Social Dominance meaning the socially attracted puppy is more easily taught to come and is more cuddly and friendly. All puppies also scored a 3 on the retrieving test meaning they chased the object, picked it up, and returned to the person who threw it with the object in mouth.

Trooper (Amer/Can CH Serendipity’s Trail Blazer) is a Felix (International Champion Terrydale Int’l Affair) and Joy (CH Serendipity Rejoices) son. Trooper is a multiple Best of Breed winner and also attained many group placements. Felix was a multiple specialty winner who also took two Best of Breed wins at Montgomery County Kennel Club dog show. Felix went on to become the Top Airedale Sire in 1996, 1998, and 1999; Top Terrier Sire in 1998 with 18 Champions, 2001, and at least 52 champions; and was a Top Producer in 1999, 2000, and 2001. Joy is the dam of 8 American champions and one Australian champion. She earned her championship with 4 majors on specialty weekends.
